Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
- Original packaging must be included
- You must have proof of purchase
- To request a return, contact us first. Please do not send items back without contacting us.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged, defective, or wrong item? Contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items without tags or original packaging
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us.
